A concert of Irish and Spanish folk songs and traditional music performed by some of Ireland's premier musicians. Lunchtime concert. Emma Kate Tobia -Soprano is joined by Pat Crowley (piano), Johnny McCarthy ( Flute/Fiddle/Whistles/Vocals),Jerry Creedon ( Classical Guitar). Emma Kate returns home to Westport to perform at this year's festival.

Musical Dreams:  KInsale Soprano Emma Kate Tobia will be joined by pianist and conductor Frank Buckley and Classical Guitarist Jerry Creedon for a night of Musical Dreams.

Following the recently highly acclaimed Róisín Dubh Concerts, Emma Kate, Frank and Jerry will perform some Spanish folk songs as well as many Irish songs from Emma Kate's album Aisling na nGael - An Irish Dream. Added to this collection will be some Stephan Foster numbers such as Beautiful Dreamer and some other American classics. Ivor Novello songs might also make an appearance on the programme, making this a night of Musical Dreams to remember.

A night of music and songs such as Róisin Dubh, Oró 's é do Bheatha 'Bhaile, the Spanish Lady, an Chuilfhionn, Spanish folk songs sung in Spanish and beautiful new music by Johnny and Pat.The setting of St Catherine's Church in Rincurran is ideal for this concert due to it's proximity to Charles Fort and is steeped in local history. There are only 150 tickets for the concert and they are for sale in the Kinsale Book Shop at only €10 each.

Emma Kate is joined by Mezzo Soprano Louise O'Sullivan, Tenor: Noel Somers and Mezzo Soprano Ewan Tubridy along with the recent award wining City of Cork Male Voice Choir ( last week they won top marks at the International Cork Choral Festival) and the Chorus of Opera Cork. All proceeds from the night go towards the Church Restoration Fund.
